Pinehurst / Clarendon Gardens

The development of the area now known as Clarendon Gardens began in 1970 with the first of three Protective Covenants established to regulate the endeavor. Section One was covered under the April 1, 1970 covenant with Sections Two & Three on April 4, 1973 and Sections Four & Five on September 1, 1982. They all read basically the same except Covenant #3, which included specifics on road maintenance and annual dues, both of which are no longer applicable since we became an official part of the Village of Pinehurst in 1992.
